This session combines traditional and new age sonic tools to bring about deep relaxation and a sense of general wellbeing to your mind and body. In this class, you will experience the Tibetan singing bowls (already in use some 6000 years ago in the Far East) made from a combined alloy of lead (Saturn), tin (Jupiter), iron (Mars), copper (Venus), mercury (Mercury), silver (the Moon), and gold (the Sun). These Tibetan bowls are handmade only on a full moon evening of each month to embody the moon energy to further enhance the healing properties of the alchemy crystal bowls  (created some 20 years ago) as the vibration of these bowls that are infused with precious and rare metals, crystals and earth elements ) adds additional healing qualities to your mind and body.
