Himalayan Singing Bowls Therapy uses vibrational sound energy to induce the body for self-healing when the sound energy enters the cells to unlock any blockages. Sound healing works via entrainment to balance and bring your vibrational energy to optimum levels, to allow your body's innate healing ability to be activated. We start off with a chat to find out the issues you would like the healing session to focus on. You will lie down facing up surrounded by the bowls to enjoy the selected sequences. During your therapy, there might be release symptoms, you might enter a state of altered consciousness in Theta state, or fall into Delta deep sleep. Each experience is unique to each individual. Singing Bowls Sound Massage uses the theory that vibrations free trapped energy stored in the body. The bowls placed strategically on the body when hit will produce rhythmic pulsations that is sent through the body, massaging the cells, releasing stored tension. The frequencies emitted by the bowls calms and draws the brain into a meditative state, inducing self-healing. Massage can be using 1 or several bowls. We may also incorporate the use of Monolini on your body, as well as Body Tuners Tuning Forks, depending on requirements. You will lie facing up or down, depending on which areas require attention. A sound bath session at your own home that includes all your family members or friends. There is no limit to the number of people who can attend, as long as you have space for everyone to lie down comfortably together to enjoy a family bonding sound healing session for all. Session is suited for all ages, as long as everyone is able to lie still during session. You may choose from Multi-instruments or Singing Bowls only sound bath. This is an individual shamanic sound journey service. We start with a consult to check in on your questions that you seek answers to. You will be guided into a meditation journey along with sound healing instruments to aid you in the journeying process to go deeper within yourself. This includes a full singing bowl therapy in the second half of the session before we end with a review of your journey process to help you work out what you received during your journey.
