About Reiki Healing

Reiki healing session is done in a relaxing way to heal and recharge. The aims to help the flow of energy and remove blockage in the body. Improving the flow of energy around the body, can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

The healing is done by the practitioner placing their hands lightly on or over specific areas of the head, limbs, and torso for between 2-5 minutes. While the practitioner holds their hands lightly on or over the body, the transfer of energy takes place. During this time, the practitioner’s hands may be warm and tingling.

A open Heart Reiki attunement will be given at the end of the session, to allow the temporary Reiki flow in the palms. The Heart attunement aims to strengthen & build a strong healthy heart chakra so that you can bring healing & support to yourself. An open heart charkra may also be able to boost your energetic protection and balance other chakras.

Sound has the unique ability to quickly affect the human energetic system by the principle of brainwave entrainment – where our brainwaves synchronize to more coherent vibrations. As we are vibrational beings, when immerse in beneficial vibrations, our bodies can leave behind stress, anxiety, discomfort, worries and other lower vibrations we carry in our physical, mental and emotional bodies. Using Sound Healing, we could actually slow down the chaos in whatever life situations bring us and quiet the outside world to tap into our own desires and energy.

Harmonic Sound Healing is a 60 min private therapeutic sound session using power of sound vibration to eradicate stress and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. The session opens the doorway to self-awareness and higher consciousness. Soundscape created by overtone emitting instruments will be used on and off the body in this session to restructure our vibrations from the inside out. Regular application helps develop and strengthen your emotional-mental resilience against stressors from modern day living. Additional energy healing principles will be applied to further anchor new energy to bring wholeness in your being.
