Offering of Gong Sound

Offering of sound to the temple you reside is a purification process. The space within is cleansed and is receptive to what is.

The Sounds offered in this session may intensify your presence.

And that, offering presence is said to be healing .

The function of the instrument Gong is commonly used in sacred places to induce quietude and silence - the cosmic background Sound and space where life thrives best.

This is a simple and gentle method to evoke stillness.

And as a consequence, the act of doing is refined to be meditative and focused.

This is a laying down session.

Mats, blankets and cushions is provided for use.

You are encouraged to dressed in natural fabrics comfortably.

Please do hydrate and have light meals before the session.

Arriving 5mins earlier to complete updating vaccination status, check in, handwashing and stay masked.

After the session , it is best to keep a gentle attention on the breath to elongate the experience.

Note:

• Please arrive 10-15mins before session to settle in. Late comers will not be permitted to join the session.
• Mat, cushion and blankets will be provided with masks on.
• Please provide vaccination status upon entry into studio.
• Maximum class size of 10 persons with 5 persons per group.
