Gongs + Crystal Bowls Sound Healing

This sound bath therapy incorporates crystal singing bowls and gongs to guide you into a deep meditative state. The sounds introduced during the sound bath are an invitation into deep rest and relaxation which brings an opportunity to unwind and charge up for the week ahead. • Mat, cushion and blankets will be provided with masks on.
