This session combined ancient sonic tools around 1100BC made from metal alloys – Gongs and Tibetan bowls to regenerate and harmonise your body and mind, to help you achieve a deep state of relaxation.

In this class, you will experience the sonic resonance of brass and bronze alloys from the gongs and combined alloys of lead (Saturn), tin (Jupiter), iron (Mars), copper (Venus), mercury (Mercury), silver (the Moon) and gold (the Sun) from the Tibetan bowls. Join me as I guide you on your journey to the galaxy!

Important information:

Mat, cushion and blankets will be provided with masks on.
Please provide vaccination status upon entry into studio.
