Gongs + Crystal Bowls ~ Aqua

There are 4 universal elements : Earth, Air, Fire, Water which represent the forces of Nature. The elements nourish each other, and they are an essential part of who we are.

The element water represents entering the world of surrender and receiving the gift of purification (detoxification). This session focuses on clearing your body, your negative thoughts and negative energy that you may have received and be holding onto in your daily life.

In this Gong+crystal singing bowl session, you may experience of powerful purification of your body and feel the vibration directly into your body.

Important information:

• Mat, cushion and blankets will be provided with masks on.
• Please provide vaccination status upon entry into studio.
• Maximum class size of 10 persons with 5 persons per group.
