Crystal Bowls + Tibetan Singing Bowls Sound Healing ~ Terre (Earth)

There are 4 universal elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water which represent the forces of Nature. The elements nourish each other, and they are an essential part of who we are.

The element Earth represents Balance, Stability, Groundedness and Wellbeing.

In this Earth session, we focus on activating the Root chakra to tap into the energy from the Earth, dispelling negative energy and channeling positive energy from the earth. You will be energized and you can bounce back from difficulties. As you foster feelings of connection with the earth, you will bring your consciousness to ‘Now’ and a sense of being rooted in something greater than oneself, which is beneficial for self-awareness, clear thinking and confidence.

• Mat, cushion and blankets will be provided with masks on.
• Please provide vaccination status upon entry into studio.
