About Bepoke Private Ceremony

To prepare for your session, please bring:

• a bottle of water
• a breathable mask (to be worn during the session)
• 1 towel or 1 small blanket – used to lay over the yoga mat (note: this is a legal covid requirement for studios)
• wear comfortable clothing or athleisure
• long sleeve top and socks (body temp drops by 2-3 degrees)
• a willingness to journey inwards
