Cacao Sound Bath

Enjoy a blissful start to your day with ceremonial cacao followed by a short gratitude practice, then lie down to enjoy a guided meditation sound bath where the sound of the gong takes you into a state of deep relaxation. We close with a sharing circle and you are invited to share your experience, how you feel or anything on your mind. We simply listen with our hearts, without judgement. Take away a sense of peace into the rest of your day. [Ideal for beginners looking to experience a meditative state].

Please take note that tickets are non-refundable but transferable. Our sessions are catered to adults, 16 years and above. Please arrive slightly earlier for registration. Studio will open 10 minutes before class and late comers will be turned away. Thank you for your understanding.
