This policy describes how SISU Wellness Pte Ltd (the “Company,” “SISU ,” “us,” or “we”) collects, uses, and shares personal information. Please note that the information we collect from you depends on our relationship to you so not every type of information is collected from everyone.

Information You Choose to Give Us
When you interact with our services, we collect the information that you choose to share with us. For example, most of our services require you to set up an account or log into our services using 3rd party accounts such as Google and Facebook, so we need to collect a few important details about you, such as: a unique username you’d like to go by, a password, an email address, gender, city of user and age. To make it easier for others to find you, we may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as profile pictures, a name, your current or other useful identifying information.
During live mediations or (other future live offerings), you can choose to have your camera and microphone on. This allows you to interact with our teachers and other students. We believe it's better to learn together. All these live sessions are recorded and may be used for promotions or future on-demand teachings, compliance with legal obligations or to enforce our code of conduct. If you don't want to be part of video and audio recording, simply keep your video turned off and audio muted.
It probably goes without saying: When you contact customer support or communicate with us in any other way, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer.
Information We Get When You Use Our Services
When you use our services, we collect information about which of those services you’ve used and how you’ve used them. We might know, for instance, that you watched a particular on demand meditation video, joined a live class or two. Here’s a fuller explanation of the types of information we collect when you use our services:
- Usage Information. We collect information about your activity through our services. For example, we may collect information about how you interact with our services, how often you use our services, what's the best time of meditation for you and so on.
- Content Information. We collect profile picture, name, email, city, gender, age and audio or video recordings that are created by joining live sessions.
- Device Information. We collect information from and about the devices you use. For example, we collect:
- information about your hardware and software, such as the hardware model, operating system version, language, battery level, and time zone;
- information from microphones, and whether you have headphones connected; and
- information about your wireless and mobile network connections, service provider, and signal strength.
- Camera and Photos. You may use the camera for interacting with teachers and students in the class and photos to update your profile picture.
- Location Information. We ask for location to share where you are joining from to the class. It's always exciting to see fellow meditators from all parts of the world.
- Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies. Like most online services and mobile applications, we may use cookies and other technologies, such as web beacons, web storage, and unique advertising identifiers, to collect information about your activity, browser, and device. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually remove or reject browser cookies through the settings on your browser or device. Keep in mind, though, that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our services such as keeping you logged in, having the correct time zone for class schedule and reminder notifications.
- Log Information. We also collect log information when you use our website. That information includes, among other things:
- details about how you’ve used our services.

- Information about how you have interacted with our services, such as how often you meditate, the names of meditators you are friends with, and other information that will help users understand your connections with others using our services.

- Content you post or live sessions you are part of.
With all users, our business partners, and the general public.
We may share the following information with all users as well as with our business partners and the general public:
- Public information like your name, username or profile pictures.
With third parties.
We may share your information with the following third parties:
- With service providers. We may share information about you with service providers who perform services on our behalf.
- With business partners. We may share information about you with business partners that provide services and functionality.
- With third parties for legal reasons. We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to:

- Investigate, remedy, or enforce potential Terms of Service violations.

Our services may also contain third-party links and search results, include third-party integrations, or offer a co-branded or third-party-branded service. How We Protect Personal Information
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is fully secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. In the event that we are required by law to inform you of unauthorized access to your personal information we may notify you electronically, in writing, or by telephone, if permitted to do so by law.
For our business partners, our website and App permit you to create an account. When you do you will be prompted to create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confide
ntiality of your password, and you are responsible for any access to or use of your account by someone else that has obtained your password, whether or not such access or use has been authorized by you. You should notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account.
