What is SISU?

SISU is Asia’s first aggregator marketplace to find and book preventative holistic wellness practitioners spanning hundreds of specialties. Our platform lists many practitioner types, including: Acupuncturists, Meditation Experts, Certified Sound Therapists, Health Coaches, and Integrative Medicine Coaches, and more.  


How do I view the list of providers on your platform?

To see a list of providers that SISU partners with:

  1. Go to the SISU homepage 
  2. Click on "Explore Providers" at the top of the screen 
  3. Search by price, session type, or activity  

If you don't see a studio you’re looking for, you can submit a studio partnership request here!


Why should I book over SISU?

When you pay and speak to practitioners through SISU, you are protected under our Terms of Service, Cancellation and Refund policies, and other safeguards. SISU makes it easy to find and reference information about your upcoming session including your practitioners information, your session timing and information, session check-in details and other useful information. If you book and pay outside of SISU, we can’t provide these benefits.


How can I book a session?

Once you’ve found your practitioner, you can either book through the marketplace by hovering over the session you’re interested in and select the timing suitable to add to your cart. Check out and make payment to request a booking. We will do one more check (for assurity!) with the provider’s schedule and will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. 

We hold your payment and do not charge you until the session is confirmed by both parties. Right now we do not allow instant bookings, but will be rolling out this feature in the coming months.


How do I attend a virtual session?

Once you book a livestream session, the link to access your virtual class will be sent to you by email 30 minutes prior to class.

What are your acceptable forms of payment?
When requesting a booking, you will be asked to input your credit or debit card details. We will place a temporary hold until the confirmation and session is completed. Our payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party payment system that allows you to pay with a credit card or connected bank account. Most major credit cards and prepaid credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB) as well as many debit cards that can be processed as credit are accepted by our platform.


How do I use the promo code?

To be eligible for your promo, all you have to do is sign up for an account for free and wait for the promo code to be sent to your email address! Full details of the promo code usage will be provided in the emailer, so hang on tight!


How can I reschedule a session?

To reschedule a session, ensure that it is well within the cancellation window and submit a request in advance to hello@getsisu.co with a couple of timeslots that suit. We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm. 


When am I charged for a session?

When you request a booking we put a temporary pending charge on your credit card. The charge will be processed only once the booking is complete. If your session is cancelled or not confirmed, you will not be charged. Please also be aware of our cancellation policy which will charge you in full if you do not reschedule or cancel 48 hours prior to the session time. Our practitioners count on you to sustain their incredible offerings, so please be mindful of making any chances well in advance of the session.


What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens and you can’t make it to class. We get it! Our cancellation policy helps us maintain strong relationships with our partners, so we appreciate you cancelling in advance when you’re able to. The following applies to both group and 1:1 types of sessions.

  1. Virtual reservations
    Livestream reservations have a 24 hour cancellation window. If you miss a livestream class or experience you have booked, the reservation will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.In-person reservations.2. 
  2. In-person reservations
    In-person reservations have a 48 hour cancellation window  prior to start time with no charge, and the credits you used to book the reservation will be automatically returned to your account. If you miss your session, the reservation will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued
