Somatics describes any practice that uses the mind-body connection to help you survey your internal self and listen to signals your body sends about areas of pain, discomfort, or imbalance. Combined with natural movement and touch, somatic meditation can help you work toward healing and wellness.
It is pranayama paired with movement and can help with elevating your mood and provide a sense of grounding, awareness to our physical body and our metaphysical inner space.
